I acknowledge that participating in this activity and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to: actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, event monitors, and/or producers of the event; lack of hydration, weather, and/or other natural conditions. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically fit for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.

I agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts to any aspect of my participation in this event, including their right to suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever.

I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by Vendors Mall Philadelphia, events hosts, and the sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said events.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Vendors Mall Philadelphia, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.

I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.

This waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.

General

By accessing this website and attending events you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in all disputes arising out of such access. Refund + Deposit Policy

Vendors Mall Philly will not refund any for cancellation or "no shows". Though we try to screen our vendors, we cannot guarantee the quality of the services and/or products that our vendors provide nor are we responsible for merchandise returns.

Event Cancellations / Termination of Agreement

VMA provides the community service of connecting Clients with events. VMA is not legally liable for any issues or occurrences at our partner events. We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time and are not responsible if our partners cancel an event without notice.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, an act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

After opting in to receive text messaging, VMP will send periodic texts regarding application status, financial aid deadlines, and event information.
